For customers within Canada, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 nationwide. This ensures a consistent and affordable shipping cost regardless of your location within the country.

Additionally, we provide the option for local pickup. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, simply select the local pickup option during checkout. Further details regarding the pickup location and instructions will be provided to you at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, with no refund or exchanges.
All BOLD LASH products are kept in a sterile sanitary environment at perfect temperature and humidity for the best function. Please ensure all your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility!
Client safety and product hygiene are our priority. All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving BOLD LASHES HQ. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
